We acknowledge the receipt of Ananya’s suspension letter.



Hereby I am humbly requesting to allow me to appeal for reconsider her very
harsh suspension  considering below understanding:



1. She was attacked by Paris and the physical action by Ananya was a
defence action. Not an  active offense.

2. There was a lack in the duty of supervision (which is school
responsibility to provide a safe ground to all children). Therefore no
immediate escalation to supervisor was possible. So she defended herself.

3. There is no evidence on CCTV. The interview of witness took too long
whereof Paris could influence others in their witness statement.

4. It’s the first time that Ananya saw no escape than to defend herself
(after being physically attacked by Paris, where glasses was damaged).



As a result, we see Ananya should not punished in this harsh way. She is
the victim in this case and not the aggressor. So a category 1 or 2 should
be reasonable at least, based on the case and facts available.



Again I am requesting to reconsider to relax her suspension up to certain
lower level.
