With 39 years of experience in education, leadership, and management, I bring with me a steadfast belief that the future of education lies in equipping our children for a rapidly changing world while nurturing their individual strengths and values.
The 21st century presents us with opportunities and challenges that demand a new approach to education. As we navigate the VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity), it is vital that our children are not only academically prepared but also resilient, adaptable, and innovative thinkers. My vision for Melaka International School is to create a learning ecosystem that empowers every student with the tools, skills, and mindset they need to excel in life.
At the heart of my leadership philosophy is holistic education—the belief that true success is measured not only by grades but by the character, compassion, and courage of the individual. As such, I am committed to championing:
